Katherine Turczan is named McKnight Photography Fellow for 2012-2013.

The mnartists.org/McKnight Artist Fellowships for Photographers support mid-career artists residing in Minnesota who use photography as a primary means of creative, personal expression. The $25,000 fellowships will enable these four artists to study, reflect, experiment, and explore over a twelve-month period with the support and assistance from mnartists.org and the McKnight Foundation.

Presumed Innocence: Photographic Perspectives of Children
 features images of children in vintage and contemporary photographs that range in date from the early twentieth century to the present day. These photographic works of art were selected from the private collection of Anthony and Beth Terrana, whose vision relies on direct emotional response to the dramatic and timeless quality of each image, rather than on any attempt at encyclopedic or systematic collecting.
